• Excellent Communication Skills in English, Kannada, Hindi and Tamil/Telugu.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Pleasant voice with telephone etiquette that creates a positive interaction.
• Good problem solving skills and able to work with all the team members
• Basic computer knowledge is required for this job
