Job Role :

  • To serving customers across multiple channels as a single point of contact
  • Candidates need to Provide servicing to customers across channels (Email/ Voice/ Chat etc.), ensuring optimum service levels to enhance customer experience
  • Liable Sales, marketing, Risk, Product, pricing, and collection for the deviations, Service Nos and change/improvement in process
  • You need to Ensure maintenance of TAT of resolution across sub-processes
  • To Perform process documentation and compliance adherence
  • To be Ensure minimal repeated errors on Escalations and EWS(Early Warning System) cases by working closely with Quality and training team

Skills Required :

  • Good communication and problem solving skills are required
  • You need excellent Telugu communication skills, interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills.
  • Understand and define the target audience and their preferences, needs, and challenges to convert leads.
  • Marketing and sales skills, strong verbal communication, telephone skills, interpersonal communication, and customer service skills.
  • Problem Solving, Detail Orientation, Analytical ability are essential for the role
